Located on Rutger Street in the heart of Utica, the Neighborhood Center is a national United Methodist mission serving families throughout the area.

The Center is a comprehensive outpatient mental-heath provider, treating children and adults alike.  Programs include parenting skills classes, group, family and individual therapy, emergency psychiatric assessment and day services for people experiencing mental health problems.  There are many services for children including day care for infants through preschool.  There is an afterschool program as well as services for refugee children.  There are many opportunities for volunteering.
